  • Return Process

  2. Provide details of the issue, along with photos if possible.

  3. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for the return if approved.

  4. You will need to return the product to the address provided by our support team.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of repayment. Since we only offer Cash on Delivery, refunds may be provided as a replacement product or cash refund (as applicable).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer

  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories

  • Items requested for return after the 7-day period

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the product.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to other reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping.
